Africa chooses Auditel for football stadium security

Spanish engineering and services company Auditel has been selected by the African Football Confederation (CAF) to develop the security plan for football stadiums across the Continent.

Auditel will advise upon, audit and develop CAF’s projects and train personnel in order to put these plans into practice and maintain them. The African Football Confederation is attempting to put in place a policy of standardization for infrastructures, security teams, access control and audiovisual media.

This program, called the Football Security and Technology Implementation Plan, aims to improve security and football play in general on the African Continent.

For Auditel, CAF’s decision comes in recognition of its substantial track record reflected in over 100 projects that have been implemented in stadiums and sporting installations both inside and outside of Spain.

In addition, the company is confident it will expand its presence in Africa and carry out projects in the future for CAF, which would benefit the Federation’s 54 national associations.
