The new technology developed by the Spanish company makes it possible for a user to employ 4WD only when necessary, thus reducing fuel use and improving profitability.

Ausa is a worldwide leader in compact equipment, such as four-wheel drive and semi-industrial forklifts, street sweepers and multi-service vehicles. The company, which is present in 80 countries, has developed a new 4WD semi-industrial forklift that continually adapts to users’ needs. It can lift from two to five tons and works with two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive.

Ausa’s forklift allows the use of 4WD only when necessary (4WD on demand). As such, in a normal situation, the machine works with two-wheel drive, making the work more productive in complicated circumstances.

That is to say that the forklift is not only limited to situations which require a 4WD, but it can also be of service when 4WD is only needed from time to time. As a consequence, this cutting edge technology reduces fuel consumption and, as a result, drastically cuts atmospheric emissions.

With this product, the Spanish company aims to respond to client needs when 4WD is not always necessary. Another positive aspect of the forklift is its modular, compact and ergonomic design, as well as its safety and stability when moving freight.

It also differentiates itself from other forklifts by its wheels, which are very large with load suspension in the forks and in the cabin. This allows usage on all types of surfaces.

The cabin is modular and available open, semi-closed or completely closed. This cabin is the only one in the market that is front-folding, allowing quick and easy access for periodic maintenance.
