Internet World’s ‘Tech Startup Showcase’ 2014 is one of Great Britain’s largest technology exhibitions. The Spanish company iMath Research, which provides companies with Big Data cloud-based services, has been chosen as one of the startups to be highlighted at the event.
iMath Research is among 15 technology startups that have won a spot at Internet World 2014. The winners were chosen by a panel of industry experts from the technology sector, including representatives of UBM Live and Collider, as well as Adizah Tejani from Level39, Dan Glazer of Fried Frank and Clarity PR’s Sami McCabe.
iMath Research provides Big Data services in the cloud for small and medium-sized companies, which often lack the resources to take advantage of some technologies. The firm has come up with a mathematical application that facilitates the use of Big Data services in order to analyze private data and compare it to public information, using an interface that is easy to use and intuitive. This tool lets users improve their data management process and helps them to make decisions without requiring a heavy investment in resources.
Hundreds of companies submitted applications for this program, in order to present their products at Internet World 2014. The majority were European startups focusing on Big Data, e-commerce or technology marketing. The event will be held in London from June 17th to the 19th.
