BeConnections is the first social network created specifically for companies. It’s a new concept platform that combines the way people connect with each other on Facebook with a business-to-business (B2B) network. BeConnections focuses on incentivizing business dealings between its corporate users.
Though hardly two months old, the social network BeConnections already has clients registered in over 20 countries, including China, India, the United States, Great Britain, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. And it keeps growing by the day.
The company recently participated in the Algiers International Trade Fair—the largest in the Maghreb region—organized by the president of the US-Algeria Business Council. Just after returning to Madrid BeConnections was also selected from among more than 10,000 candidates to be included in Summit 2014, Europe’s largest internet trade fair which is held every year in Dublin.
Creating BeConnections was not a simple process: it took over 10 months of work from programmers around the world. But thanks to this effort the first B2B network that also functions as a social network was born. This new concept platform combines the way people connect with each other on Facebook with a business-to-business network of companies. The objective of BeConnections is to incentivize business dealings between the developed world and emerging markets, as well as within such regions themselves.
BeConnections divides the world into nine regions and 25 sectors, making it easier for companies to exchange information about each other.
