LAN-BI has consolidated its diversification in recent months by receiving orders worth €5 million to manufacture machinery and tooling for the aeronautics sector.
LAN-BI, founded in 1970, manufactures specialized machinery. Throughout its history the company has worked in industrial automation, and has vast experience in the manufacture of automated assembly lines, transfer machines for machining and other special machines. After many years of almost exclusively focusing on the automotive sector, LAN-BI has expanded into other markets such as aeronautics, railways and renewable energy.

The company makes flexible, turnkey installations, which permit its clients to reduce costs and therefore be more competitive. Constant development and continual improvement of product quality have helped place LAN-BI among the leaders in its sector. The staff is highly qualified and completely focused on the client. The R&D department plays a key role in ensuring that all processes are constantly being improved.

The company is dedicated to the concept of concurrent engineering (parallel planning and manufacturing). Its wide range of machinery includes assembly lines, machining, tube working machines, maintenance, linking, welding, deep hole drilling and honing.

LAN-BI is a member of the AFM (Spanish Machine Tools Manufacturing Association) and a founding member of the IMH (Machine Tool Institute). These two institutions, together with other technological centers, support LAN-BI in its sales efforts, innovation and technological development.
