Now the company has been recognized as one of the top European startups by the prestigious information technology publication The Next Web, which cited GetApp as the third fastest growing technology company in Spain based on revenues.

The Next Web has created a contest called Tech5, which selected GetApp as one of the top current startups as well as one of the most promising emerging tech firms.

The competition is based on revenue and user growth for startups between 2011 and 2013. The aim of the contest is to identify those companies which are most likely to lead the development of European technology.

This Spanish startup offers a platform with cloud-based systems integration (iPaaS) that lets Software as a Service (SaaS) developers integrate different applications, which improves corporate efficiency by using multiple business applications.

The company’s revenues grew by over 300% between 2011 and 2013. Based in Barcelona, Spain, most of its business comes from the United States and its recent growth has been fueled by North American customers.
